Writing Prompt

Genetically modified mosquitoes may help to reduce the frequency of disease transmitted by mosquitoes. A survey in Florida presented different feelings towards the release of these genetic modified mosquitoes

To what extent do you agree or disagree with the reactions from the Florida survey? Work with a small group to identify evidence from your life, the life of others, or from texts you have read to support your position. Be ready to present your argument and key evidence to the class.
