You Can Now Assign Assessments to Classes

By on February 28, 2017

The LTA Classroom got a little bit better this week. LTA Toolkit Pro accounts can now assign assessments to specific classes. This update will help with organization and differentiation. To accomplish this update, we moved Assessments and Lessons under the "Teacher" drop down next to the pencil and moved "Classes" to the homepage of the LTA Classroom.

Assigning an assessment to a class is easy. Click on "Assessments." Then, click the pencil at the top right. This will allow you to move between the teacher view and student view. Once in the teacher view, you will see the option to assign an assessment. Click "Assign" and select a class.

Here is a demo video that walks you through our new updates.

As we enter into "Testing Season," engage your students at least once a week with our digital Marking Tool question type so that students learn how to scroll through digital text, read online passages, and purposefully mark text.

Literacy Standards In Action

We've mapped our literacy lessons and reading, speaking, and writing skills to state standards, Common Core, and NGSS. The standards are "the what" to teach. Our lessons are "the how" to meet the expectations defined by the standards. Click on the links below to view our quick reference table that maps standards to literacy lessons.
