Earlier in my career, I used to rifle through my file cabinet for activities, circle around my room looking for misplaced handouts, and panic as I ran off last minute photocopies for my students. Sound familiar? With the TA (Teacher Assistant), everything is where I need it, when I need it. I don’t stress anymore about photocopies or losing papers.
